An osteria, in the truest sense, is a place where the food, the wine and the room work together — unhurried, generous, a little romantic. Ours sits inside the brick walls of a downtown building on SW Morrison, with warm lamplight, an open chef's counter, and a dining room that fills nightly with regulars, anniversary tables and out-of-town guests.
